SOPAN Group is conducting an Industry Readiness Program under the GTU Centre for Continuing Education after getting a continuous feedback from the Industries regarding job openings only for experienced candidates. The overall Training Program will include theory as well as practical sessions and industrial visits. Currently it is only for final year degree student of the Mechanical, Civil or Similar Engineering Branches.
Objective : The Industry Readiness Program will basically prepare the students for different requirements of the industry. Main goal of the faculty will be to help students in selecting the interested field for them during the engineering itself. It will introduce them to many aspects of full time employment while allowing them to explore their interests and fulfill their career goals.
Outcomes for Student : SOPAN has it’s own customer base in the Gujarat who are happy to help the future employees for the industry. So basically the students will get a change to place at one of the our customer. Apart from this students will get ready for all type of industrial expectations and challenges as well as the current technological scenario for their future career choice.
